To create a hands-on playground for the next generation of game creators, VNGGames proudly presents a game development competition "Prompt To Play", where participants will design and build a Puzzle Game within 24 hours.

With the sponsorship of strategic partner OpenAI, ChatGPT will serve as the official AI platform throughout the competition. As part of this collaboration, all 80 finalists will receive a ChatGPT Pro subscription along with USD 50 in API credits, enabling them to leverage AI to boost productivity, accelerate product development, and bring their creative ideas to life.

Prompt To Play is built for experienced game developers who are ready to break new ground with AI and reimagine what's possible in game creation. Outstanding teams will also have the opportunity to be considered for VNGGames Launchpad, a dedicated program that nurtures the next generation of game creators.

🔸 2026 theme: Puzzle Game
🔸 Format: Design and develop a playable puzzle game within 24 consecutive hours
🔸 Eligibility: Individuals or teams with experience developing at least one game product, including students, independent developers, and industry professionals
🔸 Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to 4 members

🔸 July 11 – July 12, 2026: 24-hour Grand Final at VNG Campus, Ho Chi Minh City
